Second, select breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. (Following check out you are able to select the exact meals on the menu that you want).
Third, select the frequency- 2, 4, or 6 days of meals per week. We deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. On Monday you receive meals for Monday and Tuesday; on Wednesday meals for Wednesday and Thursday; and on Friday meals for Friday and Saturday.
